Riley Downs

I've been a part-time artist for many years, but I'm newer to digital artmaking. I work primarily in Adobe Creative Suite and my work addresses chronic illness/disability, grief, and the connections between the digital world and the "real" world. My best work is Inescapable Grief: an HIV/AIDS Archive, a book archiving HIV/AIDS and the art, activism, digital records, and issues surrounding the pandemic, from 1969 to today.

I live in an apartment with my dog in Columbus, Ohio and am currently a student at the Ohio State University.
